Josh Sperling
Josh Sperling was born in 1984 and lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
Sperling constructs his paintings out of three dimensional plywood structures covered with canvas and acrylic. His background in furniture making and graphic design have been influential as well as his love of minimalism, light and space and pop art movements.
Josh Sperling has had solo exhibitions with Sorry We’re Closed, Retrospective Gallery, and Bill Brady Miami. He has a forthcoming exhibition with Galerie Perrotin in Paris.
